  • Data Maintenance
    • Fixed problem where backup failed because of backup file error. If the error is still persistent under “event viewer”, please contact chronos support at support@estokcard.com.
    • Fixed problem where backup option did not highlight during users try to view or changed the backup settings.

    • Fixed problem where duplicate label name appear.
  • Label Designer
    • Solve the problem where some label field is not print out during label printing.
  • OUT Screen
    • Fixed problem where scanned or entered serial no at multiple serial text box raise exception error message.

    • Fixed problem where OUT screen grid revert back to original view when users press “Chronos Search” button.

    • Standardize the Grid Rows Height and make it easier to view.
    • Rearrange the cursors movement at IN and OUT Screen, When open screen, it would focus on first control.
    • Remove KIV tab for Free Edition. (Obsolete)
    • Users are forced to change the User Password for first time login to system.
    • Buy & Activate?button at login screen is relocated to Information menu.

    • All reports will include company information during preview and print out. Company logo can be included for smaller size.
    • All reports setting include top, bottom, right and left margin and paper source will be saved and reuse next time when users preview the same report (applicable for grid reporting only).

    • Introducing document design screen where user can create new document based on default document that shipped with the software. These Documents included:

    • In order to support Windows Vista UAC environment, we rearranged some folder to fix inconsistent security error that occurred for certain users during save layout.
    • All screen layout files are being stored at each logon user application data folder. For current user, existing layout will be moved to new directory during system upgrade.
  • SQL Server Setup
    • Support Strong Password policy for SQL Server 2005 Setup. For current user, the SA password will automatically upgrade to strong password..
  • New Item Retrieve RULE
    • Added the ability to set item retrieve rule="NO RULE" Once "NO RULE" activated. Shelf life control mechanism will be automatically disabled.
  • New Multi BarCode Scanning (at OUT Screen)
    • Added the ability to scan multiple barcodes and retrieve at once.
  • New Item Void Info
    • Provide additional information "Void User" and "Void Date" at the Item Master screen.
  • Daily Inventory Report
    • Make the daily inventory report to more readable format. To include ??for the selected date if no inventory info available.
  • New Document Format
    • Add the ability to print cash sales document.
    • Add the ability to print Non-Bill Delivery Order Document.
  • Select Location Screen
    • Added red color highlight if users select particular racking.

  • General
    • Fixed where pressing "Space key"during Search Common Screen, Search Location Screen will trigger error report.
    • Fixed abnormal view at Storage Add Info Screen, Retrieve Add Info Screen when you have reserved column that data type belongs to Boolean.
    • Fixed culture number formatting issues, decimal separator will follow English style using "," and not "." even your current Windows culture using different decimal separator.
  • Licensing
    • Fixed problem where Windows Standard user or Limited user cannot run Chronos eStockCard in Window XP (problem to read license).
    • Block Windows Guests account from running Chronos eStockCard program.
  • Data Maintenance
    • Fixed problem where backup failed because of permission issues, now proper file permission checking will be done. Only administrator or authorized user can do backup and restore database.
    • Fixed problem where restore process failed at Windows Vista. For Vista User, they are required to elevate privileges to Administrator when running Chronos eStocKCard during restore database.
  • Label Designer
    • Fixed problem where item description not printed even user choose to include "tem description" during label design.
    • Fixed problem where preview label not according to paper size selected.
  • OUT Screen
    • Fixed problem where system allowed items to be stored when quantity=0.
    • Fixed problem where selecting specific location causing error message.
    • Fixed problem where there is some case the current user did not track and update into goods movement report.
  • Settings->Item Master
    • Fixed problem where shelf life value is too big, now system limit it become 12 digit only since value is in "days"
    • Block user from removing UOM if stock still exists.
  • Goods Movement Report
    • Fixed the problem where users enter info for Supplier DO No and Supplier Invoice No. but not appear at report.
  • Import
    • Fixed the issue where data import contains duplicate value especially key value like item code (not allow empty value).
  • Security Error when close main screen
    • Fixed the issue where Windows Standard user close main eStockCard screen and get the message "Unable to save main menu layout"

  • Sales Order Module
    • Introduce Sales Order Module.
    • User can create sales order, follow by invoice and delivery order.
    • Sales Order will extract information automatically from Setting or IN transaction automatically.
    • User able to monitor the Sales Order status such as items picked but yet to delivery and invoiced.

  • Picking Module
    • Introduce Picking Module.
    • This module will improve User's picking efficiency by consolidating their rquired items / Sales orders, and system will suggest the most suitable items at which locations to pick.
    • This module has embeded with special logics such as First-In-First-Out(FIFO) or Last-In-First-Out(LIFO) to assist users to pick the right items, in Right Quantity, at the Right places.
    • This module integrates with the Sales order module, simply choose which sales order to pick and once picking list is confirmed, the respective Sales Order will be updated to "delivered" or "Partial Delivered". Then your sales person can easily check the sales order "Status" using report.
    • This module allows users to pick and book the transporter's information, and print Invoice and Delivery Order once the picking list is confirmed.

  • IN screen
    • Add the ability to manually choose "Location Bin" without clicking "Chronos search".
    • Add the ability to set compulsary field and compulsary field is displayed in different color so that users know they have to enter the information when perform "IN operation".

  • OUT screen
    • Enhance grid display where system automatically draw different color to segregate the stocks:
      • "Already expired"
      • "Contains Lock Qty"
      • Normal Stocks
    • Users can easily identify the items to be picked.

  • Import
    • Enable import data from Microsoft Excel file.

  • Alert Configuration
    • Add the ability to configure SMTP Outgoing Port No.
    • Change the alert scanning interval from 1 minute to 5 minutes.

    • Add the ability to see Group Summary for "IN Qty" and "Out Qty" when user performs grouping operation at "Goods Movement Report".

    • Bugs:Fixed save the last layout view for grid and also screen layout as well. This will ensure that user were restore back to last view when user using that same screen next time.

  • IN Screen
    • Bugs:Fixed information attached to the Serial No not being updated to Good Movement Report when user store back items using the Serial No.
    • Bugs:Fixed default layout directory not work. It points to wrong directory path when user click "directory icon" at layout customization dialog.

  • Database Maintenance
    • Bugs: Fixed unable to import from Ms Excel.
    • Bugs: Fixed export inventory item code not same with item master maintenance list.
    • Bugs: Fixed failed to import when imported file contains duplicated record.
    • Bugs: Fixed unable to restore database problem.
    • Bugs: Fixed automatic backup process - copy file to wrong location. reconfigure the backup location to "C:\Program files\Chronos Process Integration\Chronos e-StockCard Client\Data" folder.

  • Alert Service (Window service)
    • Bugs:Fixed where alert email cannot sent out in certain window settings.
