Release Notes – Chronos eStockCard v3.2.0 Released!

In December last year, we had released the Chronos eStockCard v3.1.3 and today, we are glad to announce the release of the latest version of Chronos eStockCard v3.2.0. This version consists of a minor update with great enhancements on the existing features and the bug fixed.

Please see the below Release Notes on what are the enhancements and the bugs which had been solved in this latest version.

 

Release Notes:

Enhancements:-

  1. Adding Empty Location and Location By Quantity Reports
  2. Adding a new Inventory Overview report capturing all the Item Qty being placed under Purchase and Sales Order
  3. Included the Cost Center column in the Purchase Order Summary report
  4. Non duplicate Item EPC code in the Item Master setting
  5. Able to perform Stock Transfer for the item which serial nos had been locked
  6. The Help menu is link to the eStockCard knowledgebase website
  7. The inventory balance quantity column in Goods Movement Report based on the UOM
  8. Prompt the user if the eStockCard Server (database) is not updated to the same version as the eStockCard Client even though the eStockCard Clients are networked connected via other PC’s
  9. Ensure the eStockCard Client is able to works properly even though the configuration files are corrupted
  10. Setting of the specific character length for the Item, Customer and Supplier  settings
  11. Ensure the restoring of the sample database works properly by disable the cancel function when the restoring process
  12. Enable the offline activation function even though the PC is connected to internet
  13. Different sequence running nos. for all the documents under different company
  14. Capturing of the unit price enter in IN screen  under the Goods Movement Details and Inventory Balance by Item reports

Bugs:-

  1. Able the reprint the label for empty stock
  2. Fix the Item Manufacture which was not captured in the IN screen which has been set under Item Master
  3. Fix the Check for Updates Issues
  4. Fix the screen layout colour to blue for first time installation
  5. Fix the Batch No and Lot No in the Good Receiving document
  6. Fix the valid for days issue in the Sales Quotation
  7. Ensure no duplication of the primary key in the Location Master Maintenance
  8. Stock Editing screen closing issues
  9. The correct delivery quantity appear in the Sales Order screen column
